Marketing Manager – Yardstik

Responsibilities: Own strategy and execution for Yardstik marketing. Develop content strategy and produce content to support it. Manage paid and organic distribution channels, partnership development, and enabling our team on the message of Yardstik.
Accomplishments: Managed a rework of our brand messaging and positioning, including all new enablement resources and website. Launched a media brand with multiple distribution channels. Hosted multiple big campaigns that drove a significant increase in interest and interaction with our brand.
Marketing Manager – Bethany Global University
April 2020 – April 2022
Responsibilities: Bring clarity and strategy to all efforts of the organization related to voice, messaging, and branding. Coordinate all marketing efforts toward our overall business goals.
Accomplishments: Successfully managed a full market and media team of 10 employees. Grew our website from 10,000 visits per month to 550,000 visits per month in two years.

Responsibilities: Oversee the direction and establishment of the company. Complete social media, advertising, web design, and consulting projects for clients.
Accomplishments: Worked with several amazing businesses while maintaining a 100% satisfaction rate with my marketing work.
Pastoral Intern – Redemption Hill Church

Responsibilities: Manage website, social media, blogging, and online communications. Participate in the establishment of the church.
Accomplishments: Successfully started an evangelism program, ran ad campaigns, wrote multiple blogs, and created a growth plan for the church.

Responsibilities: Create content to communicate with current clients and to add value to those who might be interested in our services.
Accomplishments: Immediately met all writing goals, to which my supervisor comments that I was “a valuable asset in communication with clients”.

Responsibilities: Manage all websites associated with BI and Bethany Global University. Manage all social media platforms and online brand reputation.
Accomplishments: With all of the marketing team, became the fastest-growing school among more than 200 schools in our accrediting body.

I designed this website for my marketing consulting business, Two Marketers. We help business owners build and execute a plan that exceeds their marketing goals.
Redemption Hill Church
I managed this website as the pastoral intern at this church. We experienced significant growth in traffic from SEO over time.
I built out a brand new website for Trafficking Justice, including an employee-only communication board.

I managed this website as the webmaster and community manager for Bethany International.
This website allowed Serve Ventures to begin to utilize the Facebook Ad Platform to gather leads. Our landing pages converted better than they ever had before.
Serve Ventures business model has since changed, requiring a total redesign.
